The property sits on almost 2 acres of tranquility w/ a 2 car garage & plenty of additional parking for guests.
The UPPER LEVEL has a primary bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite with a soaking tub, and a private deck. The middle bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and private deck. There is also a hall bath with a tub/shower. Two other bedrooms are located on the lower level.
The MAIN LEVEL has a living room AND a family room - both with bluestone fireplaces. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, an electric kettle, crockpots, and a blender. There is also a formal separate dining room with a hutch - perfect for entertaining. There is also a powder room and mud room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
On the LOWER LEVEL there is a spacious rec room with plenty of space for movie night or gaming, a fourth bedroom which is a bunkroom with 2 bunks & a pyramid (twin over full bed), and a bonus fifth bedroom with a daybed and pop-up trundle (use separately or together). There is also a full bath.
Entertainment includes FOUR Flat Screen TVs, a BluRay DVD Player, an X-Box 360, and some streaming services. There is wireless HIGH-SPEED INTERNET at the house AND the dock!
Exterior: There is a gentle slope leading to an amazing dock! The dock is a wonderful oasis with a boat slip, bar with a mini-fridge and passthrough, and a sectional couch – perfect for lounging the day away under the gentle breeze from two ceiling fans. There is a kayak, a canoe, 2 paddleboats, and a separate floating dock with easy access for swimmers. At night the path to the dock is lighted with party lights and the lights at the dock can be dimmed for perfect star gazing.
End your day grilling on either the propane or charcoal grills and then cuddling up by the firepit in the backyard.
The gated community offers free amenities including a marina that has 2 boat launches, tennis courts, a beach, a roped swimming area, a pavilion, & grills. The community is off RT 208 and is in the middle of the lake. If you forgot something - don't worry! The Food Lion (the only grocery store) is < 2 miles away as are other dining options and the Lake Anna Taphouse.
No parties, weddings, smoking, vaping, and/or pets (please note the owner has had their pets at the property in the past for those with pet allergies). Renting only a week at a time. Booking Terms
Terms: A 7-night minimum, Friday to Friday. Check-in is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM. Max occupancy: 12 No events (including weddings) - no exceptions - a max of 12 guests may occupy the property, due to limitations on septic and parking. No smoking, no vaping, and no pets. The minimum age to rent is 25 and the renter signing the contract must be onsite during the rental period. No third-party bookings.
Booking Requirements: Email Eileen Staron eileenstaron@gmail.com to book or text 703-303-4692 if you have questions. Once the Booking Confirmation & Rules are signed and the first payment is made the reservation will be finalized. The remaining rent, security deposit, all fees, & taxes are due 60 days before check-in. Payment via Zelle, Venmo, or check.
Fees: Cleaning Fee: $200, County & State taxes; 12.3%, Security Deposit: $1,000. The Security deposit (minus any damages or faults assessed) will be returned within 30 days via the same method of payment as it was initially paid.
Cancellation: 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before the check-in date.
