Booking Terms
Guest(s) entering contract must be over 25 and must stay the entire duration. No third-party bookings. 3-night minimum length of stay. Weekly rentals only over peak holidays.
Guest will complete and sign lease before booking is final. Additional Fees: $150 Cleaning Fee, $95 Linen Fee, plus state and local taxes.
Full rent is due upon booking. Guests may cancel their reservation 48 hours after booking for full refund. Cancelations received within 15 days of arrival; guest receives 75% refund minus plus $50 administrative fees. No refunds within 7-15 days of arrival.
Security deposit $500 (minus any damage) will be returned within 14 days of departure.
No smoking inside - $500.00 nonrefundable smoking fee
