Property Description
Welcome to Camp Wheeler! We have enjoyed this amazing 4 BR, 3 BA property since 1992, and many of our fondest memories are here with family and friends. Our hope is that you, too, will make some lasting memories swimming, floating, boating, having friendly competitions, fantastic meals with family and friends (pet's included) and just having an amazing vacation!
This property is located around the corner from Lake Anna Marina on a private, deepwater cove. Enjoy our private cove with beach and dock (use of dock if bringing your own boat/jet skis or rental). We have for use two kayaks, two paddle boards, life vests and a couple of fishing poles. There are Adirondak chairs on the beach with umbrella. There is an additional picnic area close to the beach and boat dock in the shade. There is plenty of space for outdoor activites like volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, croquet, ladder golf, and corn hole…so bring on the competition!
On the main level there are two entrances, the main one used is the kitchen/side door, the second is on the front porch (lake side). The kitchen has a smooth top range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven/airfryer, coffee maker with drip and single serve, plus additional appliances. Attached to the kitchen is the dining area, which has a banquette table which seats 6 comfortably (8 is you squeeze) and two stools at the island and family room with ceiling fans, wall mounted TV and a fantastic view. There are two bedrooms on this level, the front bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the back bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also an upgraded bathroom with tub/shower combination next to the back bedroom.
On the upstairs level, there is a bedroom with king size bed and a totally renovated bathroom with shower.
On the basement level, there is an additional entrance off the lower patio into the family room, with a daybed, wall mounted TV, board games and multi-game foosball table. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and fully renovated bath with shower. By the stairs there is storage room with an additional refrigerator and washer/dryer set.
The covered front porch has a 2 person swing to watch the beautiful sunsets, a table with seating for 8 (2 armchairs and 2 benches) and the attached side deck has an additional table with seating for 4, for a total seating of 12. The upper patio has conversation seating area, a gazebo with table and chairs, and propane grill. The lower patio has additional seating with Adirondack chairs.
