Our 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, with an open floor plan, is perfect for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of space for different ages to spread out on three levels. We have wonderful amenities for all ages including foozball, air hockey, ping pong, game table, big screen TVs, indoor gas fireplace and outdoor gas grill and gas fire tables, expansive deck overlooking lake, kayaks, sandy beach, boathouse/dock, and a yard perfect for volleyball or other games. Hot Tub and lower level wet bar give you lots of entertainment options. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a crowd, and there are an additional 2 fridges in the garage that will hold plenty of food during your stay.
Layout:
The main level features 3 bedrooms (Primary with King bed)(King bed)(Queen bed), 2 full baths, a lovely open floor plan, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, great room and separate TV room, and views overlooking the lake. The kitchen and dining area accomodate seating for 20.
The upper level has two bedrooms (Queen)(Queen, Twin, Twin) and a shared bath w/shower, plus a sitting area with a crib.
The lower level has two additional bedrooms (Bunkroom with 3 Twin over Twin bed)(Queen) and a full bath w/shower. This level also have a game room with ping pong, foozball, and air hockey, as well as an adjacent rec room with a game/card table, seating and large screen TV, and a wet bar in Spring 2023. This level is walkout to yard, deck, and HOT TUB (to be installed spring 2023). There is also a workspace that can comfortably house your laptop for work.
Our high speed internet support work video calls as well as streaming services. Our TVs are all equipped with smart features that allow you to stream from your phone to the TV, or connect your preferred streaming accounts.
The back yard slopes gently to the boathouse and dock areas, where 2 slips can accomodate boats that you bring or rent from nearby providers. We also have 2 kayaks available for your use. There is a sandy beach area perfect for lounging and sand toys, and the boathouse includes deck area with seating and an additional gas powered fire table.

House Rules:
No pets
No events (including weddings) - no exceptions - a max of 20 guests may occupy the property, due to limitations on septic and parking
No third party bookings
No smoking or vaping inside (outdoor smoking is permitted, provided guests clean up and remove cigarette butts)
Minimum age to rent is 25 and the renter signing contract must be onsite during the rental period. Please do not attempt to rent for and leave an under-25 group unsupervised as this will entail immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Plase observe the posted hot tub rules for your safety
Park only on pave areas on our property - street parking or parking on the grass is prohibited. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.
Ensure that all trash is bagged and placed in provided 2 large outdoor trash cans, leaving a 3rd trash can empty for the next renters. Haul away excess trash beyond allotted 2 trash cans. Recycling is not available.
DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE TRASH CANS< AS FURRY FRIENDS WILL DISTRIBUTE!
Security deposit, minus any damage, will be returned within 15 days via the same method of payment as it was initially paid

Booking Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount, plus a refundable damage/security deposit of $1,000 is due in order to confirm booking of the property.
Your rental is not confirmed until these payments have been made, via PayPal or received anc cleared check.
The final 50% of the booking is due 60 days prior to the start date of your vacation.
The deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least 60 days prior to the beginning of your vacation.
Any cancellations within 60 days will not receive a refund.
The $1000 security damage deposit, minus any damages, will be refunded within 30 days of the end of your lease.
