The spacious and private main master suite has vaulted ceiling, sitting area and views of the lake while the other two master suites are also very spacious and finely furnished.
The large, open space living/kitchen/dining area ensures you won’t miss any of the action and provides perfect views of the large level lawn area, lake and boat dock. The kitchen comes wonderfully appointed with everything you need including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator (and another in the basement), five burner gas stove, and microwave. A walk-in pantry provides access to all the things you might find in your own kitchen as well as plenty of space to store all your snacks and dry goods for the week.
A wood walkway takes you to an idyllic lake location where you can spend all day on and in the water. Bask in the 300 feet of private shoreline with some of the clearest water in Lake Anna, where you can enjoy the white sand beach and natural sand shoreline, new hardscaping, fire pit, and pergola. The beach with its gentle slope into the water is perfect for the little tykes, and for the older swimmers, they can jump into the 8-foot deep water off the end of the dock or paddle around in the two tandem kayaks. Plenty of lawn games and noodles ensure you’ll have fun in or out of the water. After a long day on the lake, you can spend time around the comfortable lakeside fire pit with soft professional night lighting. Tired of swimming? Enjoy pool, foosball or a movie on the 60-inch LED TV with Blu-Ray in the lower level walkout game room.

- Early and late check ins are available for an extra $100, provided no rentals immediately precede or follow visit.
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the property and swimming in the lake is at your own risk.
- STRICT NO PARTY POLICY----No loud gatherings, parties or events (be respectful of our neighbors). Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
- No loud noises after 10 pm per HOA Rules and per link: Spotsylvania County Article II: Noise Ordinance
- Fires in the firepit permitted after 4 pm per this link: Virginia Department of Forestry Open Burn Law

Booking Terms

Payment Policy
50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking date or pending reservation dates may not be held. Balance including fees and taxes is due 60 days in advance of arrival (full balance due upon booking if arrival date is within 60 days). Refundable Security Deposit - $600.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date, less $50 processing fee. No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, unless owner is able to rent same dates. A full refund minus $50 processing fee will be provided for any cancellation less than 60 days only if reserved dates can be re-rented, otherwise, payments are forfeited.
