Welcome to Reel Em Inn. Located on the cold/public side of the lake in Blount's Harbor. The house is accessible via lock box entry.  This waterfront 5 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath, 4100 sq ft home with a private beach, covered boat house, and a large yard that makes the perfect setting for your next vacation.  With ample parking, come get away, relax, and make memories.

Take a short stroll down the paved path to reach the private beach and covered boat house. Sit back and relax in the 6 Adirondack chairs while you watch the kids play on the beach and waist high water.  Off the boat house, the water averages 5-6ft deep and is a great spot to floating. The beach area is a great place to launch our inflatable paddleboard, paddle boat or kayak. Deck cleats are available on the boat house deck to tie off your boat.  Also, a jet ski lift attached to the deck for your convience. Bring your fishing poles, the fishing is fun for everyone off the boat house deck.

 The large Teak table and chairs (seats 8) on the boat house deck is a great place to sit when you need a break from the sun and cool down under the fans. Night time is a great time to spend on the dock with plenty of lights around the entire boat house. After you have watched the gorgeous sunset, time to light a fire on the beach and make smores. The stone wall around the beach allows for more seating. Sand toys are avaialbe on the dock.

Four seasons room has HVAC for your comfort. Updated furnishing for relaxing/reading a good book or enjoying the lakeview. Deck off the porch has access to the patio below and pathway to the lake.

The large level front yard is a wonderful place to play kickball, badminton, corn hole (stored in the garage), or tag football.  Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and paved roads for your daily walks, jogs, or bike rides.  Front porch is a nice setting for morning coffee or just to sit quietly in the evening.

Your safety matters.  This property featues exterior cameras, the front porch at entry, the driveway corner of the house near the patio, and boat house.  They are NOT installed inside.  These security cameras around the outside of the property are only for security measures.

We have neighbors who are full time residents next door.  Please be respectful. Friendly reminder, the speed limit is 25MPH and there are neighbors who walk throughout the day with children and pets along Blount Dr.

No events, parties or large gatherings.  No smoking or vaping allowed at anytime inside the house.

Access to the large covered front porch with 2  ceiling fans  Provides with ampile seating (sectional) or chairs for catching up with guest.  Perfect for reading, relaxing in the morning or sitting on a cool evening.

High chair and booster seat available.

Garage: Extra Refrigerator (white) for guest to use. Charcoal Grill and Gas Grill provided. You will need to bring your own charcoal. Gas grill stored on patio with plenty of wall seating while grilling.
