Welcome to Pauley Lake House- Lake Anna Vacation Rental!
Experience lakefront living on the private side of Lake Anna in our beautiful home with 200+ ft of lake frontage. Great lake views from almost every room. Large deck/screen-porch off the back of the house, private dock with sunny/shaded areas and swim platform with ladder.
- 8+ ft water depth off the lake-side of the dock and 1-6 ft depth between the dock and shore defining a nice swimming area.
- Great fishing off the dock...bass, blue gill, carp, catfish!
- plenty of room to keep your boat at our private dock (launch at the community docks)
- Pedalboat, kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and canoe available for guest use.
- Stone firepit/terrace to extend the outside fun into the evening.
- Paved driveway, lots of parking, basketball hoop
- Community amenities: swimming pool, tennis courts, boat launch
- Inside activities: full-size air hockey, foosball, movies, board games.
- High Speed Internet!, Smart TVs
- Bed Linens provided, will be folded/stacked on each bed upon arrival (guests responsible for bath linens and consumable supplies)
Weekly Rentals Only during peak season June 1 thru Sep 2.
- NO PETS. - NO PARTIES/ WEDDINGS/ RECEPTIONS - NO SMOKING
- MINIMUM RENTAL AGE of primary renter is 27. Primary renter must stay on site during entire period of rental
- $750 SECURITY DEPOSIT (less damages) will be returned within 14 days.
- FULLY REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION UP TO 60 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NON-CANCELLABLE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN.
We DO NOT allow pets or smoking inside our home... 100% absolutely no pets, no exceptions. It is a CRITICAL health issue for our family, and for many of our guests. Violation of our NO SMOKING/PET Policy will result in a forfeit of your entire rental fee and security deposit, and you will have to vacate the premises. We respect people’s interests in taking man’s best friend on vacation; and ask that you please respect our policy and find a home that does accept pets.

Booking Terms
7 night Saturday-to-Saturday rentals only during peak season (6/1-9/2). 4pm check-in, 10am check-out.
$750 refundable damage deposit. Will be returned within 14 days less any amounts retained to cover damage caused by renter and/or their guests, unwarranted service calls, excessive dirt or other mess requiring additional cleaning, violation of this contract, or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
100% refund for cancellations at least 60 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before check-in.
Minimum age of primary renter is 27. Primary renter must stay on site during entire period of rental.
Maximum number of guests permitted at the property is 10. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
