Property Description
Come enjoy your vacation at this new (completed in March 2022), lake front house with a fire pit, boat house, and many outdoor activities! The house is spacious and open with an amazing view of the lake. It's only a 60 foot walk from the house to the water where you can swim, fish, or play on the beach or sun and relax on the beach or dock. Activities on site include paddle boarding, kayaking, row boat, ping pong, corn hole and much more! There are also many places to relax from the comfy rooms and couches to the hamock, deck, patio or dock. The house is located on one of the main fingers of the private/warm side of the lake.
While the outdoors are a huge attraction, the house is also amazing! Built in 2022, four of the 6 bedrooms (including the master) have ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets. The other two are bunk rooms with 4 beds each and which share a fifth full bath. There is also a half bath on the main level. The house is on a one acre lot with 270' of lakefront, has an open layout which allows for family and friends to gather together on the main floor or lower floor, both overlooking the lake. There are endless ammeniteis such as two separate washer/dryer areas, two tv's, an amazing, well equipped kitchen that includes a crock pot/instapot and dining area on the main floor plus a kitchenette on the lower/walk-out level, just to name a few. We also provide a pack 'n play, booster seat and a high chair for any smaller family members. We also provide high speed internet service.
There is a "ring" security system in this house. It consists of door sensors and two motion sensors inside the house however this security system is NOT activated during rental periods. There is also a front door ring door bell with a camera and two cameras on the edge of the main deck pointed toward the lake. Please be assured that there are NO cameras inside the house.
The common area which includes the covered boat docks for this quiet, private, residential community is nearby and is intended for the use of the community property owners who do not have lake front property. However, it is avaliable to our renters just to launch and retrieve their boat. Parking cars or trailers in the common area or on the roads is prohibited.
While we do provide many water related activities and there are many life jackets for your use, we remind you that there is no life guard so all water related activities are at your own risk.
A signed rental agreement and deposit are required before booking is final
Guests entering into the rental agreement must be at least 30 years old and must be present during the rental period. No 3rd party bookings. We do not rent to college groups. A picture of a drivers license or other identification may be required. Names and ages of adults and the number of minors will be required and listed in the agreement.
No events or parties are permitted. This property is in a quiet residential community with many full time residents near by. Tennants shall be expected to keep noise and other disturbances within reasonable limits at all times and to not create any unreasonable noise from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.
50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking unless it is less than 30 days until the rental starts then all rent and fees are due.
No smoking. No pets.

Booking Terms
50% of rental fee and 50% of tax, is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the rental fee and tax plus extra fees are due 30 days prior to check-in.
If booking 30 days or less until check-in the entire amount is due.
The $500 security deposit can be made on a separate check 30 days before check-in. After it is determined that nothing is missing or damaged that check will be returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Entire deposit (less $250.00) will be refunded if you cancel 60 days or more before check-in.
50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in.
There will be no refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in unless another booking can be confirmed for the same time period.
