 Welcome to Paddle Beach!

Come enjoy your vacation at this beautiful lakefront home, completed in March 2022. Situated on one of the main fingers of the private, warm side of the lake, this spacious retreat offers breathtaking water views, a firepit, boathouse, private beach area, and countless opportunities for outdoor fun and relaxation.
Just a 60-foot walk from the house brings you to the water's edge, where you can swim, fish, relax on the beach, or enjoy the dock. On-site activities include paddleboarding, kayaking, rowing, ping pong, cornhole,and more. Whether you prefer adventure or relaxation, you'll find plenty of places to unwind, including the deck, patio, dock, hammock, comfortable living spaces, and inviting bedrooms.


The Home
Designed with family groups in mind, this modern lake house offers six bedrooms and five-and-a-halfbath rooms. Four of the six bedrooms, including the primary suite, feature private ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The remaining two bedrooms are bunk rooms with four beds each and share a fifth full bathroom.
Situated on a one-acre lot with 270 feet of lake frontage, the home features an open-concept design that allows family and friends to gather comfortably on either the main level or the lower walkout level, both offering stunning lake views.


Amenities include:
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Crock-Pot and Instant Pot• Dining area on the main level• Lower-level kitchenette• Two separate washer and dryer areas• Two televisions• High-speed internet service• Pack 'n Play, high chair, and booster seat for younger guests


Security Information
For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring security system that includes door sensors and two interior motion sensors. Please note that the interior security system is not activated during guest stays.
There is a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance and two exterior cameras mounted on the edge of the main deck facing the lake. There are no cameras inside the home.


Boat Launch Access
A nearby community common area is primarily intended for property owners who do not have waterfront access. However, our guests may use this area solely for launching and retrieving boats. Parking vehicles, trailers, or other equipment in the common area or along community roads is prohibited.

Water Safety
While we provide a variety of water recreation equipment and life jackets, there is no lifeguard on duty. All water-related activities are undertaken at your own risk.


Rental Policies
• A signed rental agreement and deposit are required before a reservation is considered final.• The primary renter must be at least 30 years old and must remain on the property throughout the rental period.• No third-party bookings are permitted.• We do not rent to college groups.• A copy of a driver's license or other government-issued identification may be required.• Names and ages of all adult guests, as well as the number of minors, must be provided and will be included in the rental agreement.


Community Guidelines
This property is located in a quiet residential community with many full-time residents nearby.
• No parties or events are permitted.• Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise and disturbances to a reasonable level at all times.• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.


Payment Terms
• 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking.• If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the full rental amount and all fees are due at booking.


Additional Policies
• No smoking.• No pets.

                Booking Terms

                50% of rental fee and 50% of tax, is due at the time of booking. 

                The remaining 50% of the rental fee and tax plus extra fees are due 30 days prior to check-in.

                If booking 30 days or less until check-in the entire amount is due.

                The $500 security deposit can be made on a separate check 30 days before check-in. After it is determined that nothing is missing or damaged that check will be returned.

                CANCELLATION POLICY

                Entire deposit (less $250.00) will be refunded if you cancel 60 days or more before check-in.

                50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in.

                There will be no refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in unless another booking can be confirmed for the same time period.
