Sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bath has everything you need for a relaxing and exciting retreat, including grazing deer and frolicking wildlife you can enjoy watching from the upper deck. At the same time, you relax and catch the spectacular colors of the sun as it sets on our quiet and peaceful cove on LKA. Follow our shaded, tree-lined pathway from the house to the private boathouse with dock, offering shallow swimming in a calm, almost boat-free cove—plenty of parking for boats and trailers. We are the only subdivision on LKA that gives access to both private and public side boat launches and beaches. (The ability to dock your boat depends on the lake water level.)
All the amenities of home (including linens and towels) are in a calm, natural setting primed for fun and recreation. You'll be the master of your domain, propane grilling on the deck, gathering together to roast marshmallows in the firepit late at night while relaxing with friends and family, curling up with a good book or playing games from our game closet, and even beating a sibling at air hockey. Close to LKA State Park, great hiking trails, fantastic restaurants, wineries, and cider works. There’s something for everyone at LKA. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.
Small Dogs are permitted with the owners' permission. Pet cleaning fee to be added to the final Invoice ($30 per night)
We prefer VENMO payments, but will accept Zelle or PayPal (friends and family)

Booking Terms
We are as flexible as possible with check-in and out times and available to answer any questions you may have prior to and during your stay. Please feel free to reach out with feedback as well. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as our own.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY----No loud gatherings, parties or events (be respectful of our neighbors) Quiet time begins at 10 PM
Contract will be emailed to the guest within 3 business days.
Reservations are confirmed after the return of the signed contract, together with 100% payment and deposit
Contract must be returned within 10 days of receipt
Pets are allowed on a limited basis with a $30 per night nonrefundable fee
No smoking
We do not have cable but do have WIFI (ROKU)
All towels (bath, beach, and kitchen) must be washed/dried and put away (this does not include sheets-we take care of the sheets) if not, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee
