Welcome to The Sunset View with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Dock, and breathtaking Views of Lake Anna. We are on the public side of Lake Anna. Partial Week Booking Available.
The main level has four bedrooms and two full baths. A great room with a wood-burning fireplace that overlooks the lake along with a fully equipped kitchen. If you don’t feel like eating inside there is a table in the screened in porch with a ceiling fan. You could always cook outside on the propane grill with another large patio table on the vinyl deck. The basement has a pull out sofa and a full bathroom. There is also an air hockey table, pool table, foosball table, boardgames, card games and corn hole for your recreation. Choose from a large variety of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.
The large vinyl dock has a table with an umbrella and a place to tie up your boat. In the Private boat house there is a radio with speakers so you can enjoy your favorite music while floating or relaxing on the lake. It is equipped with lifevests, floats, sand toys and chairs. You can walk into the water from the shore line.It has a gradual increase that makes for safe swimming. You can also use the swim ladder at the end of the dock. Kayaks and pedal boat are available for your use.Our community has a private boat ramp with a small beach/swimming area and a volleyball net. If you like to walk, you will enjoy strolling on our quiet street with the lovely scenic views.
If you don’t want to cook, we are located less then 10 minutes from Lake Anna's two popular waterfront restaurants. Also, two local wineries are just 20 minutes away.
