Property Description
This lake house retreat is the perfect place for you and your family to relax and enjoy the lake. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, waterfront home is great for a small group. Located in a gated community, Parks Hideaway offers a large deck overlooking the lake as well as a private dock. There is a boat launch in the community that is available if you want to bring your own boat or jet ski. Either can be tied up to the property's dock. This home has 2 paddle boats and 2 kayaks available for your use while renting to explore the lake (with life vests of course). This house is situated in a "no wake zone" and is perfect for swimming or paddling about. Sunbathe on the dock, swim in the quiet cove or read/nap in one of the hammocks set up near the water's edge. The large sand pit is perfect for small children to play in and a great launching point to wade into the water. A net is also set up in the sand for an informal game of volleyball or badminton.
The house has a master bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, there is a sleeper chair in the Great room that can open into a twin bed. The 2nd bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and a 1/2 bath is located next to the kitchen. All three bedrooms and the Great room have Smart TV's that can play off of your subscriptions, i.e. Netflix,, Amazon Prime, etc. The vaulted Great Room is comprised of the kitchen, family and living room area, making gatherings a fun place for everyone. Grill up some hamburgers on the outdoor grill for dinner and roast marshmallows for smores in the evening over the open fire pit. The best thing about this house is the memories you will make while you are here.

Booking Terms

- Children allowed (must be supervised)
- Max occupancy: 7
- Parties/events not allowed, unless pre-approved by the host.
- Groups with more than the allowed guests are prohibited.
- The person signing the contract MUST occupy the house during the rental dates.
- No excessive/loud music/noise, out of respect for our neighbors and other lake users.
- No littering on the grounds or in the lake and no burning of trash in the fire pit.
- No jumping off the boathouse roof.
- Life vests must be worn by children 9 and under while on the dock.
- Every guest using the paddle boats or kayaks must wear a life vest.
- $500 refundable security deposit returned to renter upon check-out, pending inspection.

It is the responsibility of the Guest to bag all trash. Our cleaning crew has agreed to dispose of properly bagged trash. Failure to properly bag trash will result in a $100 charge.
- Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Owner sends terms with contract (cancellation policy, etc)
