Our 6 bedroom, 4 bath home, with an open floor plan, is perfect for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of space for different ages to spread out on two levels. We have wonderful amenities for all ages including a pool table, high speed internet, a hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, firepit, grill, hammocks, kayaks, canoes, and boatdock. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking anything you could desire and two fridges provide plenty of food storage.
Layout:
The main level features 2 bedrooms (King bed)(Queen bed), 2 full baths and a lovely open floor plan, complete with a fireplace in the living room and an open kitchen/dining area that accomodates 17 seated.
The lower walkout level includes 2 bedrooms (Queen bed)(Queen Bed), 2 bunk-rooms(Twin over Full bunk)(2 Twin over Twin bunks), and 2 full baths.
A full deck and screened in porch with fireplace offer ample room to relax and enjoy the views. A HOT TUB on the lower level is perfect for cool evenings. The backyard slopes gently to the lake and includes an outdoor fire-pit, seating, and hammocks.
Our boathouse offers pier-side docking for your boat. We also provide use of 2 kayaks and 2 canoes to explore the creeks and marshes nearby. Our paved drive includes ample parking and a basketball hoop.
The house is fully equipped with all kitchen equipment, 2 fridges, 3 TVs, high speed internet, workspace with dual monitors and docking station, games, pool table, pack n play, and baby booster seat.

House Rules:
No pets
No events (including weddings) - no exceptions - a max of 15 guests may occupy the property, due to limitations on septic and parking
No third party bookings
No smoking or vaping inside (outdoor smoking is permitted, provided guests clean up and remove cigarette butts)
Minimum age to rent is 25 and the renter signing the rental contract must be onsite overnite during the rental period. Please do not attempt to rent for and leave an under-25 group unsupervised as this will entail immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Please observe the posted hot tub rules for your safefy
Park only on paved areas on our property - street parking or parking on the grass is prohibited. We have comfortable parking for 4-5 vehicles. Please do not bring more than that number.
Ensure that all trash is bagged and placed in provided 2 large outdoor trash cans, leaving a 3rd trash can empty for the next renters. Haul away excess trash beyond allotted 2 trash cans. Recycling is not available.
DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE TRASH CANS, AS FURRY FRIENDS WILL DISTRIBUTE!
Security deposit, minus any damages, will be returned within 15 days via the same method of payment as it was initially paid

Booking Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount, plus a refundable damage/security deposit of $1,000 is due in order to confirm booking of the property.
Your rental is not confirmed until these payments have been made, via PayPal or received and cleared check.
The final 50% of the booking is due 60 days prior to the start date of your vacation.
The deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least 60 days prior to the beginning of your vacation.
Any cancellations within 60 days will not receive a refund.
The $1000 security damage deposit, minus any damages, will be refunded within 30 days of the end of your lease.
