A very large home with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths on two levels. Great house for large gatherings. Waterviews from every window! Private, non-subdivision with 1000 feet of waterfront, boat ramp on site, large dock directly in front of house with room for all your water toys. Separate sand beach for the little ones with shallow sandy bottom. On the Private Side of Lake Anna. Huge eat-in kitchen area and separate dining room. First level has 3 bedrooms, lower level has 3 bedrooms and also sleep sofa in family room. There is also a chair that converts to a twin bed. Several large sofas in tv room that can be used for kid sleeping. Living room, tv room and family room. Huge deck with propane grill accessed from living room, tv room and master bedroom. As you enter the foyer there is a large atrium which you will see in several photos. Lower level is walk out directly to waterfront. Flat screen TV's, dvd players and wireless internet. Pool table in lower level family room. Kitchen has 2 french door, bottom freezer refrigerators with a drink fridge in 3 car garage . Some life vests available. Lot's of room to park several vehicles and boat/jet ski trailers. 5 miles straight down the road to Food Lion, Chef Lee Chinese, Subway, Big Cheese Pizza, ABC store, Family Dollar and Verizon store. Several other restaurants very close by.
On the main level:
Master bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 1 queen and has 1 twin, bedroom 3 has a single twin and a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. In the tv room there is a large sofa and 2 large love seats that children like to sleep on.
Master bedroom has a large bathroom with tub/shower combo. A second large bath with tub/shower combo and second shower is located between the other 2 bedrooms. Next to the laundry room off the kitchen there is a 1/2 bath.
On the lower level:
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one has 2 twins and is a smaller room. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. There is a queen sleep sofa in the family room.
There is the State Park nearby. Also Lake Anna Winery about 15 minutes away. Kings Dominion is about 40 minutes for a fun day. Near historic Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Richmond for day trips. Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are about 2 hours away.
The Home sleeps 16+ plus there is room for more! Come stay at Moss Point!
IN SEASON WE REQUEST 7 NIGHT RENTALS AND OUT OF SEASON 2-3 NIGHTS. IN SEASON WE RENT FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
