Accepting "Partial Week Bookings"--Public Side, SMOKE-FREE, UPSCALE AND CLEAN. Three story waterfront home within a protected cove that offers 3,000+ sq. ft of living space with an easy, short downhill walk to our no-wake swimming and fishing dock.

Welcome to the lake! Home is great for relaxing and entertaining away from the noise of the lake. Upper level main room (king bed with views of the cove) and guest room (king bed) each with full bath. Main level, 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, TV, dining and screened-in porch has view of cove and offers great space for entertaining. Walk-out lower level includes two fold out Queen beds, large screen TV, full bath and a separate private bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). Washer/dryer located on the upper level.

Feel free to tie up your boat/jet ski to our dock!

Accepting 3 - 7+ day rentals.  Preference is given to the 7 day Saturday 4:00 PM check-in to following Saturday 10:00 AM check-out.

BBQ grill, hammock and fire pit on back flagstone patio.

NOTE:  Your clean bed sheets/pillow cases are folded and placed at the end of the beds.  Guests will need to make the beds on their own.  No need to strip the sheets when done with stay.  

We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home.

                This AGREEMENT made and entered into on ___________ by and between John & Karen Stultz (hereinafter referred to as LANDLORD) and

                hereinafter referred to as OCCUPANTS).

                 

                LANDLORD DOES HEREBY AGREE TO LEASE ABOVE SAID PROPERTY, commencing ______________ and ending on _________________.         

                 

                OCCUPANTS AGREE that said premises will be used only as a temporary residence and will not be occupied by more than the maximum stated   ____     adults and  _____   children.

                Occupancy of more than the number stated will be grounds for immediate eviction as would any other breach of the terms of this agreement  

                 

                TERMINATION can be made in writing by the LANDLORD or Tenant, ______days in advance of desired date of Occupancy. The LANDLORD reserves the right to charge for the full rent if a ____-day notice is not given and property cannot be re-rented for that period. The LANDLORD has the option to prorate the rent depending on circumstances of cancellation. The OCCUPANTS shall not assign this tenancy or sub-let the property to others.

                 

                THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, CLEANING FEE AND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RENT are due in total ________ prior to (date______) occupancy of said property. 

                Furthermore, the LANDLORD reserves the right to charge the OCCUPANTS for any damages created as a result of OCCUPANTS stay in said premises. OCCUPANTS are required to notify LANDLORD immediately if any damages are caused or observed. OCCUPANTS are responsible for all injuries or accidents incurred to persons allowed on premises by said OCCUPANTS.

                PETS are not allowed unless a written request and approval by the owner are on file with LANDLORD. An extra “Pet Deposit” may be required.  

                SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Please restrict smoking to outside and dispose of properly. Do not throw butts, etc on the ground.

                TRASH REMOVAL is the responsibility of the LANDLORD. Trash removal is every Monday and will only be from the trash bins on the porch or at the edge of the driveway. Excess amounts of trash left upon departure requiring removal by cleaning service will be charged for removal. In addition, the tenant is responsible for normal maintenance and upkeep of property during their occupancy.

                All trash must be bagged, and lid tightly closed on cans. Break down all boxes.

                ANY NOXIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTS, including, but not limited to illegal drug use, trafficking, use of alcohol by minors, etc. will constitute grounds for immediate eviction with no refund of rent.

                OCCUPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR HIMSELF/HERSELF AND HIS/HER GUESTS. IN ADDITION, THE OCCUPANTS RELEASE THE LANDLORD OF ANY LIABILITY WHILE OCCUPANT IS THE TENANT OF THE PROPERTY.
