We had a fantastic time at the Jenkins' lake house. What a wonderful property! The kids loved the large beach area, floating around the water and the paddle boats. We enjoyed the fire pit and screened-in porch. And the yard is so large and beautiful. After staying at various Lake Anna properties over the years, our group of three families agreed that this was the place we wanted to return to. Already looking forward to next year!

What a terrific time we just had at this property. The house is very nice but the lakefront, yard and dock are what really makes it special. Our family had so much room and privacy to enjoy our time together. Mary answered all our questions very timely and we knew we would be taken care of if anything came up. This is by far the best place we've rented at Lake Anna and hope we can come back again one day

Wow, what a fabulous lake property the Jenkin’s have here! This is our 10th year renting at Lake Anna, but our first year renting the Jenkins' property on the private side. We rented for two weeks so we enjoyed every thing this property has to offer. Here’s what we really liked about this property: every bed was comfortable(!) and all beds were Kings or Queens except the twins (in addition to a queen) in the one room upstairs; the boat dock seating area is very large with a very generous number of chairs and seating options provided (won’t need to bring any next year!) with decking that doesn’t burn the feet; the internet actually works (very uncommon at Lake Anna in our experience); the view of the lake is extraordinary being at the mouth of the cove but well within the marked no-wake zone making it just perfect for swimming and floating; the separate beach area was perfect for launching on paddle boards and kayaks; the separate fire ring area with seating was used multiple times for end-of-day some-mores and with no mosquitos!; the neighborhood roads are very private, paved and great for morning and evening walks without the drama of heavy traffic; the kitchen is spacious and adequately stocked; the walk to the dock is short with a gentle grade and paved; an excellent community boat launch is adjacent to the property. In addition to all the these uncommon features, we found both Mary and Mr Jenkins to be very responsive to any of our needs. Our two week stay was a delight to say the least. We’re already booked for next year!

We have been coming to Lake Anna on vacation for years, this is by far the best home to come to, so accommodating.Everything you need is here to have the best vacation possible. We always look forward to coming every year, we are hoping one day to live at Lake Anna, that’s our dream. Come and enjoy this wonderful home!! Mary is wonderful to work with and the owners of the home are special people, so nice and caring!
