                I stayed at this delightful property for a long weekend with three friends in mid-September. The log cabin feel of the house was cozy and welcoming. The house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, tons of counter space, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. The leather furniture in the living room was comfortable as were all the bedrooms. In spite of the excellent interior of the house, the real delight is the outdoor space! We spent the majority of our time on the deck (when we weren't on the lake itself). The deck is surrounded by old growth trees, so it feels exceptionally private even though there are adjacent properties. The owner has also provided comfortable deck furniture, including some nice rocking chairs and a wicker loveseat, in addition to an outdoor table for eating dinners overlooking the lake. The property is on a quiet cove with other houses, but again the trees provide a great deal of privacy. This is a terrific getaway for a family or group of friends - charming house, terrific location, and perfect outdoor space!
