Property Description
Our home is a beautiful single story house with lake access on the public side of Lake Anna. The neighborhood docks with our own private boat slip are a short walk down the hill, and Lake Anna State Park is a short drive away.
The house is fully accessible with exterior ramps on the front and back entrance, single story living, accessible bathrooms (with a fully accessible remodel coming winter 2021), and accessible furniture throughout the home.
We are only a few minutes from several local restaurants by both car or boat. Our house includes a private boat slip to dock your own boat, or you can rent a boat from one of several local companies and have it delivered right to our dock (be sure to do this in advance). You can also rent a golf cart from Lake Anna Golf Carts to get around our golf cart friendly neighborhood - they will also deliver to our driveway.

Booking Terms
Email to inquire about booking. Full details will be sent by email along with a contract for you to sign and return. Please send your request to book at least 7 days prior to the first day of your stay.
The full amount of your reservation cost is due upon signing of the contract, along with a fully refundable $500 security deposit. (The security deposit will be refunded within one week of your stay when the house has been insected and found to be in the same condition as when you entered.)
When your payment and signed contract are received, your reservation will be confirmed and booked. Venmo, Zelle, or personal check accepted (personal checks must clear the bank before reservations will be confirmed).
Refund policy - Reservations canceled up to 60 days before the check-in date are fully refundable. Reservations canceled with less than 60 days notice can be moved to another date within one calendar year or may elect to receive a 50% refund plus a full refund of the deposit and cancel the reservation.
House rules:
Self Check-in between 2pm to 8pm. Check out by 12pm on your day of departure.
No smoking on the property. Breaking this rule is cause for immediate dismissal with no refund issued.
Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed at the time of the initial contract. There is a $10 day pet fee per pet.
There is a standard cleaning fee per stay.
