We Only Accept Weekly 7 Night Rentals from Mid June to Mid August.
We accept shorter stays all other times during the year.
Published Rates are for up to 12 people. We cannot allow more than 12 people over the age of 2.
6 Bedrooms, 4-1/2 Baths, Huge 24'x 30' Great Room with enormous attached Dining Room and oversized kitchen all have incredible views of the Lake through the Floor to Ceiling Windows.
MBR Suite (Bedroom and Full Bath) on first Floor has 1 King and 1 Twin. There is another 1/2 bath on first floor. 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom on second floor in the Main Wing of the house. These 2 bedrooms each sleep 4 people.
There is a second wing of the house attached through the entrance/breezeway where there is another bedroom and a Game/Rec Room on the first floor.....Bumper Pool Table, Foosball and Air Hockey Table are so much fun along with comfortable furniture. Upstairs you will find a second Family Room/Wet Bar, 2 more bedrooms and another full bath.
Outside there is a nice screened porch right off the Great Room that leads to a huge wrap around deck where you can sit and enjoy the view or throw some burgers on the gas grill which is hooked up to a 100 gallon propane tank. Stone Patio with Fire Pit has endless pre-cut firewood for you to make smores or roast marshmallows.
The Beach and Boathouse are an easy walk via paved, flat walkway. This makes it easy for grandparents to enjoy all of the outdoor space too.
Our waterfront is unique as we have both a Natural Sandy Beach and a Man Made Sandy Beach where the kids can build sand castles or you can put your toes in the sand . What really makes it unique is the sandy lake bottom all the way from the shore to the boathouse. No muddy lake bottom here because we have a huge sandbar between our boathouse and the channel (1/2 mile out) where the boats travel and create a lot of waves pushing across the sand bar which brings natural sand to our waterfront all the time. The boathouse has another screen porch, swim deck and 2 covered power boat lifts for you to use. The community has private boat ramp for you to launch your boats for free.

Then the boys grew up and moved away. My wife and I weren't getting to the house as much so we decided to offer it as a Vacation Rental part time. Little did we know our home would become so popular and within 2 years we had to start blocking out a Summer Week along with a few Off Season Weekends for ourselves or we would never get to enjoy our own home. For over 10 years now, we have been the #1 most popular Vacation Home Rental on Lake Anna. Booking Terms
Smoking is OK Outside only on the deck, but not inside the screen porches or inside the house or game/rec room....All butts must be cleaned up before departure. Technically we are not wheelchair accessible with ramp into the first floor but there are only 2 steps to navigate and they are several feet apart so people with wheelchair or walker should be able to get in the house fairly easily.
No Pets of any kind! This is a strict policy!
If you cancel within 30 days of Check in Date, we reserve the right to keep any funds already paid. If we can re-rent the same dates of your reservation....we will refund all but $500 Cancellation Fee or try to find alternate dates for you.
We offer a very flexible payment plan usually split up over 3 or 4 payments. All reservations require a $600 Down Payment that is Non Refundable via Paypal immediately after signing and scanning the Vacation Lease to our email to secure your reservation. The final payment is always due no less than 2 weeks before Check In Date.
