Being just over 45 minutes from Richmond and 90 minutes from Washington DC, you're the perfect distance for a quick get-away so that you can spend your time relaxing (instead of traveling!). Lake Anna has the peaceful and serene atmosphere that will immediately put you at ease and make you feel a million miles away from your everyday, hectic life. THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO TRULY RELAX! Situated on beautiful Lake Anna, this FIVE bedroom, three bath house has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.

With Features including:

- 5 Bedrooms, 3 baths (4 rooms with queen sized beds, 1 room with double/single bunk and single with trundle)

- Over 3000 square feet of beautiful living space

- Huge decks overlooking the lake on both levels

- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need (and then some!)

                This is the third time I have rented this house with my family. The house is very large and spacious and was perfect for our large group and not many steps down to the lake. The owners are very easy to work with and very helpful with any questions you have about the house or what to do around the lake. We will definitely rent again. Thanks again for everything.

                We have been renting homes in Lake Anna for 5 years now and this one is by far the best we have stayed at. The home had literally everything you needed to cook and store food. The house is on the lake (public side) and they had a nice swimming area off their dock. We were also able to use their dock to store our boat for our stay. Heather (the owner) was so easy to work with and was available if needed. This home had plenty of room for all of us adults. The 4 bedrooms with Queen beds in them had access to the deck from the bedroom which was really nice. Although we did not have any kids with us this trip, the house definitely can accommodate kids with the bunk beds, pack n play, and keep them busy with their pool tables, board games, foosball table. There fire pit was nice too! Tim's Rivershore was only a 20 minute boat ride away or a 10 min car ride. I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners. We plan to stay here again in the future!

                This property was perfect for our recent thanksgiving gathering for our family of 10! Well stocked home with kitchen items; lots of great entertainment on the property, to even include games to gather the family around. Very sizeable home that was very comfortable for six adults and 4 kids. Good parking for our 4 cars. Very accommodating hosts, Heather and Scott. Ensured that all of our questions were answered, before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend for sure!

                We LOVED our stay at this lake house! We went with our staff for a planning retreat and it was a perfect set up. From the comfortable rooms to the large porch to the pretty views - we would definitely book this house again! The owner was helpful and answered all my questions. It is in a cute neighborhood and we enjoyed taking morning walks each day and swimming near the dock each night.

                We rented this house 2 years in a row. the host was easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and always takes our recommendations for improvement into consideration. The house is big, has everything needed for fun and relaxation for adults and kids. The area of the lake is perfect for swimming, and the community is a private, gated community which is quiet. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, and plenty of options for carry out and restaurants. Heather has made many updates over the years, so the property just keeps improving. We love coming to Lake Anna because of her!

                Beautiful Lakeside Retreat: A Perfect Family Getaway! If you're looking for a beautiful lakeside escape that caters to the needs of both adults and kids alike, look no further! Our recent family vacation of 12 (7 kids and 5 adults) was terrific from start to finish. Our hosts, (Heather and Scott) hospitality extended beyond the accommodations. They provided us with valuable insights into the local attractions and dining options, ensuring we made the most of our time at Lake Anna. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms comfortably accommodated our large group. The heart of this home was the large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The lower level was a perfect gathering space for all the kids. And, the two level outside decks offered the perfect spot for morning coffee, meals and games. Lake Anna is beautiful, and we were grateful to have direct access to it. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock, swimming in the lake and kayaking. At night, we gathered around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and s’mores. Our vacation exceeded all our expectations and provided us with unforgettable memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already planning our next visit. Thank you Heather and Scott for an unforgettable family experience!
