We offer a shade arbor on dock, bar-height chairs and umbrella on deck, fire pit and a 18'X6' water mat!! Enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation in a lake front, wheelchair and pet friendly home. This beautiful house on the private side of Lake Anna, features 5 large bedrooms and 5.5 baths. All bathrooms renovated in 2023 and 2024. House is located on a large "no-wake" cove. Two stand-up paddle (SUP) boards are available to rent for only $100. One is provided free of charge. The lack of boat waves in the cove makes for a great SUP experience! Additional sleeping available in the loft. Enjoy swimming in the lake or the community pool; fishing; exploring the water from a stand up paddle board, paddle boat, or kayak; or bring your own boat to cruise around the 4,000 acre lake. House is fully wheelchair accessible including a paved path to the dock and a paved path to the beach area.

Additional information about rental rates
I charge $150 for the first dog, and $100 for each additional dog. Please provide your address and I will email a rental agreement. Payment of half the rental fee will reserve the property. 60 days before, the balance is owed, plus the pet fee, and the security deposit. You may cancel up to 90 days before the rental for a full refund. FAMILY GROUPS ONLY. Please describe your rental party.
