Saturday to Saturday in-season.
This is the sister home to the smaller (sleeps 8) Blue Skies at Lake Anna.
Large groups deserve grand spaces.Gather the entire family or sit down to enjoy a tête-à-tête.
- Lake Front: Swim, wade, close to main lake but sheltered in cove. Explore the lake in your pair of kayaks.
- Game Room: Play poker, bumper pool, shuffleboard, foosball or board games.
- Exercise Room: Work off the big meal or relax with your favorite yoga pose.
- Living Room: play charades in the huge, community space.
- Media Room: Watch your favorite show under special lighting.
- Puzzle Nook: Enjoy peace, quiet and a puzzle in the out-of-the-way puzzle nook.
Blue Sails's many specialty areas caters to family time or quiet interludes.
Cooking is a breeze with two fully equipped kitchens. Everyone deserves a seat at mealtime, and Blue Sails' kitchen nook and adjacent dining room offer seating for all. Enjoy al fresco dining on the screened deck located just off the kitchen nook.
Family gatherings extend outside. The large deck extends across the home with access from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Half of the deck is screened and has a ceiling fan. The lower level patio offers a space for a bit of privacy. As you head down to the lake, you'll discover a fire pit.
“What about the water?” you say. You’ll find plenty of space to lounge on the expansive dock, complete with tiki bar, tables and chairs. Walk in at the shore, but enjoy the deeper water from the end of the dock. Three kayaks offer you convenience to explore the cove or head out to the main lake. With two electric, covered boat lifts and a place for your jet ski, the dock has everything you need.
Take a look at the bedroom configuration. Your large group won’t be crammed together, and you won’t fight for the bathroom.

Booking Terms
Guest and Owner will complete a rental agreement before booking is final.
Dogs will be considered in exchange for a nonrefundable fee per pet per stay. The maximum number of dogs that will be accepted is three. One dog fee is automatically added to the Lake Anna Rental Property quote but will be deducted if no dog is staying or increased if more than one dog is approved.
50% of rent and tax is due upon booking. Remaining rent, fees, and remaining tax are due 60 days before vacation.
Penalty free cancellation up to 60 days before checkin. Vacation cancellation insurance is highly recommended for cancellations within 60 days of checkin.
Security deposit (minus any damages or fault assessed) will be returned within 30 days.
Guest(s) entering into contract must be over 25 and must stay the entire duration. No third party bookings.
No smoking inside. Smoking outside permitted if Guests dispose of debris safely and properly.
Events are not allowed unless approved by the Owner. An Event fee may apply.
Spotsylvania County ordinance limits noise level after 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM. Thanks for respecting our neighbors.
