Escape the hustle & bustle of city life at the Edgewater Escape! Our home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and superb views of Lake Anna. Located on the public side of Lake Anna, this rental has everything you are looking for.
Enter the house on the main level, which has the living room, dining room and kitchen along with 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Also on this level, you can access the front deck and enjoy picturesque sunsets while sipping your favorite glass of wine. The side deck is accessed via the kitchen where you can grill and enjoy dinner while taking in the views and quiet peaceful surroundings. Downstairs you will find the family rec room complete with a billiards table, board games and TV viewing area for movie nights as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Go up the stairs to the top floor and catch a amazing view of the lake from the loft where you can sit and relax with a good book. The reminder of the top floor boasts an ample owner's suite and bathroom equipped with a soaking tub. Wind down your evening making delicious s'mores at the cozy pit. We provide all linens & bath towels, but not beach towels.
The private community beach is a short walk from the house. There you can walk into the water from the steps created at the shore line and a gradual depth increase which is safe for swimming. You can jump off the dock and use the swim ladder located at the end of the dock. You can relax on shore while the kids build castles in the sand or enjoy a family picnic at the shore side picnic tables. The community has a private boat ramp that is available for your use.

Booking Terms
Guest will complete sign lease before booking is final. $315 cleaning fee per booking.
Rent is due upon booking. Cancellation within 15 days of vacation, Guest receives 100% of rent minus $50 admin fee. Cancellation within 7-15 days of vacation, Guest receives 50% of rent/tax and all fees. Cancellation within 7 days forfeits the entire rent.
Security deposit (minus any damage) will be returned within 14 days of departure.
Guest(s) entering into contract must be over 21 and must stay the entire duration. No third party bookings. 6 night minimum on holidays and 3 night minimum any other time.
No smoking inside.
Guest will sign HOA Rental Agreement provided prior to check-in.
