Camp Oak features 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 26 in beds. 4 rooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with queen over queen bunk, 1 bedroom with a twin over queen bunk and large room with surround sound and 65' flat screen tv w/1 queen over queen bunk, 1 twin over twin bunk and one trundle bed with 2 twins beds. There are also 3 twins beds in the upstairs tv area.

Swimming, boating, fishing or just listening to the music on the dock by day. Campfires and catching fireflies by night. This side of the lake has warm water temperatures between April and November, less congested than the public side and great fishing year-round.
Access to community boat launch and room to secure one boat on the house’s dock. There is also a floating hookup for your wave runners. Boathouse with large sunning deck with retractable awning and new water slide. Complimentary Hi speed wi-fi. Sonos feeding porch/deck and family room and downstairs tv room and wet bar area. - PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM.
- No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.
- You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- The fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables that guests are welcome to eat. However, it is the guests’ responsibility to inspect these items before consuming and the host is not responsible for any illness or adverse response that might occur.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- Make sure to clean the grill after use so it’s ready for the next guest. Also, please turn the gas to the grill off when not in use.
- If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the house. If you rearrange furniture outside the house, please return furniture to where you found it by the end of your stay.
- Please do not leave the awning on the dock unattended. Winds will rip the awning. Make sure to close it if you’re not using it.
- Please dispose of your trash in the cans located on the side of the garage before you check-out.
- This house is on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. In the event that something besides toilet paper is flushed, the guest is responsible for all damage and repair.
- If anything gets damaged during your stay or if you notice maintenance issues, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly and ensure a smooth experience for you and future guests.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb not a hotel, and is also our home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
Check-Out Responsibilities:
- Please remove all food from the refrigerator and wipe it out so that it is clean for the next guest.
- Bag and remove all trash and place it in the bins next to the garage.
- Clean dishes and put away.
- Place all used towels, hand cloths, wash cloths, kitchen towels and bed sheets and in provided mesh laundry bags located above the washing and dryer. Place the bags on the deck on the screened porch for pickup.
Other Camp Oak Information:
- There are cameras on the outside of the property for your safety and security, however, there are no cameras located inside the house.
- The home is equipped with a whole-house audio system, accessible via the Sonos App. Once connected, occupants can stream music from Pandora and other services throughout various areas of the property. Please enjoy responsibly—volume must always be kept at a respectful level to avoid disturbing neighbors or damaging the speakers.
- Located beneath the bar wall on the porch, you'll find three switches:
- One controls the LED stair lights
- Another operates the floodlights off the deckThe
- The third switch controls the LED lights down at the dock
- Porch ceiling fan is operated separately via remote control.There are cameras on the outside of the property for your safety and security, however, there are no cameras located inside the house.
- Televisions are smart TVs. Feel free to log into your apps as needed, however, we are not responsible if you do not log out prior to the end of your stay.
- Most kitchen staples are located in the main kitchen cabinets, drawers or pantry.
- Fire extinguisher - is located under the kitchen sink.
- Cleaning supplies – located under the kitchen sink and in the laundry area.
- Extra batteries for remotes are located in the kitchen drawer.
