Overlooking spacious views on the warm-watered private side of Lake Anna, this home boasts a large open deck and adjacent screened porch both with Trex decking material, and a matching sized concrete patio underneath with an outdoor shower. Enjoy the shade of mature hardwoods throughout the gentle backyard, and head down to the private covered dock area or fire pit to spend afternoons by the water.
You'll find a natural sandy beach area with a gradual sloping shoreline and a large boathouse/dock with a double jet ski dock, an open sunning area and a covered shading area. Lounge in the shade, lay out near the beach to soak up some rays and use the swimming ladder on the dock to access the 8 ft deep water at the end of the dock.
Inside, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming from floor-to-ceiling windows welcome you into the open-concept main and lower living areas.
When you're not boating, fishing or using the provided kayaks, canoes, paddle boat or stand-up paddle board for lake adventures, unwind with your favorite shows on any of the 7 TVs throughout the house. When there's nothing on TV, try your skill at the air-hockey table or just relax with your favorite cold beverage. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an eat-at island with barstool seating for 3. Show off your culinary skills on home-cooked delicacies and set the large dining table with seating for 10 to share your family feasts. A kitchenette and dining area on the lower level allows extra meal prep and seating space if needed.

Because this home is located on the warmer, private side of Lake Anna with access designated only for property owners, you'll enjoy much less boat traffic creating an ideal environment for water skiing, wakeboarding and wake surfing on the calm, clean waters. Other favorite lake activities include fishing, swimming, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating and more. The Lake Anna community has grown in the recent years and now has numerous great restaurants to try during your stay. Enjoy a quick drive to the Lake Anna Winery or Coyote Hole Cider Distillery for a unique tasting experience, or travel to Lake Anna State Park for a day of hiking, site-seeing and more!
This property lies about 45 miles to Richmond, home of the Virginia Museum of Fine arts and Richmond Raceway. Head about an hour to Skyline Drive or Shenandoah National Park for further outdoor recreation. Other nearby sites to consider during your stay include Kings Dominion Theme Park, Busch Gardens Theme Park, Colonial Williamsburg, Fredericksburg Battlefields and Monticello in Charlottesville.
