Property Description
Break Point is an immaculate waterfront 4-bedroom, 3-bath house on a beautiful part of Lake Anna. Located on the public side of the lake, Break Point is easily accessible from Route 522 in Mineral, VA. Guests have the use of a boat house and private dock with space for two jetskis, mooring whips for boats and a large screened room on the water for gatherings. Two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard and other water toys are available in the boathouse. The house faces west, with a large screened porch and a firepit area, both ideal for enjoying sunsets over the lake. Air hockey and table tennis tables are set up in the attached garage, and there's a basketball goal in the driveway. The house easily sleeps 15 guests in three bedrooms (two king and one queen) and a bunkroom.
Wi-fi is available throughout the house.
Pets are allowed with owner's approval and an additional fee.
Note: Bookings are Saturday to Saturday
