Community Boat Ramp at Both Waters Estates is about 1/2 mile down the road from the house, Then you'll boat around 3 minutes to our cove to our private dock where you have space to keep 1 boat & 1 waverunner for your stay. Amazing Sunsets at Both Waters Estates.

Sunrise is AMAZING from our House many months of the year, out of the 3 main bedrooms, living room & Porch.

ALL RENTALS MUST BRING ALL SHEETS & TOWELS(or use Lake Anna Linens which are great) 

Standard Summer Weekly rates $2800, plus $200 cleaning fee, 2% occupancy tax, & 5.3% VA state tax must be collected for us to submit and a $500 security deposit, Beginning mid-June Summer rentals are full weeks only unless a partial week is shown on the calendar. 

SOME PARTIAL WEEKS May be AVAILABLE as we use our home as well, see calendar & contact for availability

Cabin has a very LARGE wrap-around shed-covered porch that faces the Public side of Lake Anna and is the perfect place to hang out to play games, in our large yard watch the wildlife fly by and cook your favorite foods.

2 master Bedrooms upstairs with King & Full-size beds in each room.

Both rooms have a stunning view of the Public side of the lake. 

1st floor Bedroom has a Queen bed with a great view of the lake as well.

Spiral staircase down to the basement which has a thick Queen-size Futon Bed & set of wooden bunk beds as well.

Each floor has its own FULL bathroom. Central AC, and Window AC Units in top floor master bedrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2021 brand new fridge/freezer with water dispenser & icemaker

Fully equipped Kitchen and also propane BBQ grill on the patio, Small kitchen table, card table & chairs available too

Flat-screen TVs in living room & basement & tvs in some bedrooms, service is OTA over the air TV- HDMI cable in living room to be able to also stream movies from your laptop

Private 45' floating dock and New Deck (1/2 is shed covered) at the water to sit and relax

Garbage pickup mid-week for weekly rentals April- Sep, BUT *All renters must take their remaining garbage & all recyclables with them at the end of their rental.  There is a dump 15 mins away. We provide details on our rental agreement.

Access to Bothwaters Estates Private Boat ramp which provides access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna.

**16 miles from Lake Anna state park. Fantastic trails for walking many along the lake, beach, super nice nature center & more!
